BOCIN-AC-NGD series electric scraper self-cleaning filter is mainly applied to filter liquid which contains more gravity particles,This kind of filter is equipped with adjuster for scraper.
 
BOCIN - AC-NGD series automatic self cleaning filters is a kind of filter suitable for bad environment, it can be equipped with 3500 microns - 50 micron filter screen and 8-36 \"pipeline diameter for different using requirements. The cleaning process is started by a differential pressure switch which is monitoring the different pressure of inlet and outlet pipeline of filter, usually the default value of press difference switch is 0.5 bar (7 psi).
Remarks: AC-NGD series electric scraper self cleaning filter has two types: inner scraper namely scraper is inside the filtering element;outer scraper namely the scraper is outside the filtering element.

Liquid flows up toward down into filtrer from inlet then thrugh elements,lastly flows out form outlet,when collecting enough impurity on surface the scraper which is driven by electric machinery and equiped with correctors will close to elements adn rotate to strike off the impurity and impurity will be collected enough the automatic drain valve opens adn let the liquid containing high concentration impurity go,liquid after filtration would be recycled or discharged.
